Jerry W. Mooty, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer, Principal and Broker of Christie’s International Real Estate @properties Lone Star, a leading luxury real estate brokerage in Texas recognized for its rapid growth and innovation in the market. He launched the firm’s Texas affiliate in Dallas in 2021, introducing a technology-driven, service-focused model under the global prestige of the Christie’s brand, and has since expanded the company’s offices to Austin, Fort Worth, and Frisco.

Under Jerry’s leadership, Christie’s @properties Lone Star fields over 250 luxury real estate agents serving clients across Texas, supported by specialized divisions including Land + Ranch, Sports & Entertainment, and a full-service Developer Services Division (“DSD”). The brokerage has earned a distinguished list of accolades, including 2025 recognition from the Dallas Business Journal as both a Fast 50 company and a Best Place to Work, as well as placement in the Austin American-Statesman’s 2025 Top Workplaces list. Before founding Christie’s @properties Lone Star, Jerry practiced law for 29 years, co-founding the law firm McCathern | Mooty, LLP and building it into a multi-city business, and served as Director of Strategy at a leading independent real estate brokerage, along with substantial contributions to sports technology and finance businesses.
